儿童肥胖和代谢综合症患儿血清高敏C反应蛋白水平变化及意义

摘    要:目的探讨单纯性肥胖和代谢综合症患儿血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs—CRP)水平变化及其意义。方法40例儿童单纯性肥胖患者、40例儿童代谢综合症(MS)患者和40例正常儿童对照者,检测血压、体重、腰围、空腹血糖、胰岛素、高敏C反应蛋白,甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇。对上述资料进行统计分析。结果(1)单纯肥胖组和代谢综合症组高敏C反应蛋白水平明显高于正常对照组(P〈0.05),MS组明显高于单纯肥胖组(P〈0.05);(2)直线相关分析表明,hs—CRP水平与BMI、腰围、血压、MS组分数呈正相关(P〈0.05),与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇呈负相关(P〈0.05);(3)Logistic法分析结果表明,hs—CRP水平的显著影响因素依次为MBI(OR=I.170,P〈0.05)、腰围(OR=1.141,P〈0.05)。结论hs—CRP在MS和单纯肥胖患儿中表现出不同程度的升高,并与MS各判断指标密切相关,血清hsCRP水平可作为判断病情及进展的有效指标。

Abstract:Objective To detect the serum concentration of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and its significance in children with simple obesity and metabolism syndrome.Methods Blood pressure,weight and waistline were measured in 40 children with simple obesity, 40 children with metabolism syndrome (MS) and 40 control health children. The plasma glncose,insuline,high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP),Triglyceride (TG),High density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and the Low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were tested in all subject , and the relative analyses were made respectively.Results (1) In simple obesity and MS groups, the hs-CRP increased notably compared with the health group (P〈0.05); In MS group, the hs-CRP increased notably compared with the simple obesity group (P〈0.05); (2) The linear correlation analysis showed that, the serum concentration of hs-CRP was positively correlated with BMI,waistline,blood pressure (P〈0.05), and it was negatively correlated with HDL-C (P〈0.05). (3) The Logistic regression analysis showed that, the influencing factors of hs-CRP were followed by BMI (OR=1.170,P〈0.05),waistline (OR=1.141,P〈0.05).Conclusion The hs-CRP increases in children with simple obesity and MS, and it is closely related with the assessment indicators of MS. Serum concentration of hs-CRP is one qualified available indicator that reflects the disease variety.
