| 摘 要： | 子宫内膜异位症是指具有生长功能的子宫内膜组织(腺体和间质)附着和生长在子宫被覆内膜及子宫肌层以外的其他部位的一种病变。其发病机制错综复杂,迄今尚未明确,临床表现多样,发病率逐年升高,是引起妇女慢性盆腔疼痛和不孕的常见疾病。近年来国内外对子宫内膜异位症的研究及临床诊治日益重视。

| Abstract: | Endometriosis refers to the lesion of endometrial tissue(glands and stroma) growing and attaching to parts other than the uterine endometrium coating and myometrium.It has complex unclarified pathogenesis,varied clinical manifestations,and yearly increased incidence,which is a common disease of women causing chronic pelvic pain and infertility.Increasing emphasis has been put on research and clinical diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis both home and abroad in recent years. |
