慢性上颌窦炎患者脉冲式鼻腔冲洗法的临床疗效分析

目的探讨慢性上颌窦炎患者脉冲式鼻腔冲洗法的临床效果。方法选择160例患慢性上颌窦炎做鼻窦开放术的术前鼻腔冲洗患者,随机分为A、B两组,每组各80例。A组行脉冲式鼻腔冲洗法,B组行输液管鼻腔冲洗法,观察并记录冲洗液量及经过鼻腔时间、鼻腔及鼻窦疼痛程度、鼻腔表面清洁程度。结果 A组在冲洗液量、经过鼻腔的时间、疼痛度、鼻腔表面清洁度四方面与B组进行比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论脉冲式鼻腔冲洗法冲洗液量少、经过鼻腔时间短、冲洗时疼痛度低、洗毕鼻腔表面清洁度高,是慢性上颌窦炎患者术前鼻腔冲洗的首选方式,也是其它鼻腔手术前的常规准备。

Clinical analysis of pulsal nasal washing in chronic maxillary sinusitis

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of nasal irrigation methods in chronic maxillary sinusitis.Methods We randomly selected 160 cases of chronic maxillary sinusitis with preoperative nasal washing in nasal sinus open surgeries,who were divided into two groups,Group A,the experimental group treated with pulsal nasal irrigation,Group B was treated with infusion tube nasal washing.After the irrigation,the cavity surface cleaning rate,pain sensation,the amount of irrigation fluid and the period of time under nasal microscope were observed.Results The fluid volume,pain intensity,nasal surface cleanliness of group A and B were statistically significantly different（P0.001）.Conclusion The pulsal nasal irrigation washing with high rate of cleanness is less pain and with less irrigation fluid as well as short time and good comfortness,which is surely benefit to patients in preoperative preparation of chronic maxillary sinusitis.
