糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎香猪动物模型的建立及其皮肤病理变化分析

目的:建立香猪糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的动物模型,并探讨其病理特征。方法:取4只香猪腿部及腹部白色皮毛处作为目标皮肤,分别按时间梯度外用糖皮质激素,形成糖皮质激素依赖性皮肤,取组织病理切片做HE染色和免疫组化染色。结果:用低强度和中等强度药物的香猪在涂药期间及停药后皮肤未见明显变化,高强度组和超高强度组在用药50天左右皮肤上可见毛细血管扩张,并出现色素沉着斑;用药30天后表皮变化不明显,但黑素细胞出现上移现象,用药35天后上皮开始变薄,黑素细胞增多并上移。结论:无论强弱差异,外用任何一种激素,用药时间超过1个月都会出现表皮萎缩和黑素细胞增多上移,表皮萎缩及黑素细胞增多程度与激素强度成正比。

The establishment of fragrant pig model on corticosteroid dependence dermatitis and its pathological study

Objective To establish the fragment pig model of corticosteroid dependence dermatitis and study its pathological characteristics.Methods Spread different intensity of corticosteroid tincture in time gradient on 4 different fragrant pig,observed the skin exterior and pathological changes.Results No any changes on fragrant pig skin in low and middle corticosteroid using group;but on skin of strong and super strong corticosteroid using group,macule and pigmentation appeared after 50 days of spreading.Applying any intensity of corticosteroid more than a month could cause skin atrophy and milanocyte increasing.Conclusion applying of corticosteroid should not more than a month,the more strongly of the corticosteroid,the more atrophy and pigment on skin.
