| 摘 要： | 目的制备磷酸川芎嗪双层漂浮缓释片并考察影响其体外漂浮性能的因素。方法单因素法考察影响制剂漂浮性能的因素。结果制备了磷酸川芎嗪双层漂浮缓释片并找到了影响漂浮性能的因素。结论制备工艺可行,通过对影响漂浮性能的因素进行调节,可以得到具有良好漂浮性能的漂浮缓释片。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To prepare bi-layer floating-sustained release tablets of tetramethylpyrazine phosphate(TMPP) and investigate the influence factors on buoyancy.METHODS The optimal formulation and the influenle factors were selected by the single factor investigation.RESULTS A bi-layer floating tablet for gastric retention was prepared,the influenle factors on buoyancy were investigated.CONCLUSION The study is found to be effective in the process of floating-sustained release tablets of TMPP.In addition,by controlling influenle factors,the formulation show ideal buoyancy characteristics. |
