| 摘 要： | 目的探讨综合呼吸功能训练对老年肺肿瘤患者术后肺部并发症的发生率、胸管留置时间、术后住院天数的影响，确定老年肺肿瘤患者术前及术后呼吸功能训练方法。方法便利抽取胸外科老年肺肿瘤患者60例为研究对象，按随机数字表法将其随机分为实验组与对照组，每组30例。所有患者均接受责任护士给予的常规护理，实险组的患者增加一对一的综合呼吸功能训练干预措施。结果两组研究对象术后并发症的发生率、胸管留置时间及术后住院天数的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论（1）综合呼吸功能训练可以有效降低老年肺肿瘤患者术后肺部并发症的发生率、缩短胸管留置时间与术后住院天数。（2）由有效咳嗽、腹式呼吸、缩唇呼吸和节段呼吸训练组成的综合呼吸功能训练适合老年肺肿瘤患者的掌握与应用，能有效提高老年肺肿瘤患者术后的康复效果。
