摘    要:目的:优选室温下紫草萘醌类化合物的提取工艺。方法:以总萘醌提取量为指标,在单因素试验基础上,通过均匀设计考察提取时间、料液比和提取次数对紫草总萘醌浸渍工艺的影响。采用UV测定总萘醌含量,检测波长516 nm。结果:室温下紫草总萘醌最佳提取工艺为提取时间24 h,料液比1:10,提取数2次;总萘醌平均提取量0.052 g·g-1结论:优选的工艺稳定可行,为紫草总萘醌制剂的开发提供参考。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of total naphthoquinones from Arnebiae Radix at room temperature. Method: Based on single factor tests,uniform design was used to investigate influence of solid-liquid ratio,extracting time and times on extract amount of total naphthoquinones.UV was adopted to determine the content of total naphthoquinones with detection wavelength at 516 nm. Result: Optimum extraction technology was as follows:extracted twice with 10 times the amount of 95% ethanol for 24 h per time;under these conditions,average extract amount of total naphthoquinones was 0.052 g·g-1. Conclusion: This optimized extraction technology was stable and feasible,it could provide experimental basis for development of total naphthoquinoes preparations.
