摘    要:目的:基于智能感官技术对藿香正气颗粒安慰剂的“形色气味”进行研究,探讨智能感官分析技术客观化评价中药安慰剂的可行性。方法:采用机器视觉技术、电子鼻和电子舌技术分别采集各样品的相关数据,通过不同的统计学方法对特征数据进行分析。结果:机器视觉技术、电子鼻和电子舌技术均能够对藿香正气颗粒安慰剂和其治疗药物进行很好的判别。结论:在一定程度上,采用智能感官技术可以实现对中药安慰剂性状评价的客观化,且避免了人工评分所导致的主观因素的影响。

Abstract:Objective: To study the accelerated stability of Hydroxy safflor yellow A in Carthami Flos and provide a resonable experiment basis for Carthami Flos and its related preparation storage. Method: Hydroxy safflor yellow A in Carthami Flos was determined by high performance liquid chromatography, which was exposed to different temperature and humidity. Result: Temperature and humidity are related to the stability of Hydroxy safflor yellow A. Conclusion: Under lower temperature and humidity condition, Hydroxy safflor yellow A has a good stability.
