摘    要:目的:研究盐酸多巴胺、呋噻米、甲磺酸酚妥拉明在生理盐水中的配伍问题。方法:通过对盐酸多巴胺、呋噻米、甲磺酸酚妥拉明在生理盐水中配伍后外观色泽的观察、溶液pH以及吸收值的测定来探讨引起盐酸多巴胺溶液不稳定的因素。结果:甲磺酸酚妥拉明不影响呋噻多巴胺的稳定性,可与之配伍,但呋塞米和盐酸多巴胺配伍后,使溶液pH呈碱性,是导致盐酸多巴胺溶液不稳定的主要因素。结论:临床上使用时应注意pH对盐酸多巴胺稳定性的影响。

Abstract:Objective:To study the compatibility of dopamine in normal saline with furosemide and phentolamine me-sylate. Method: To observe the color and transparency and to determine the values of pH and absorbance of normal saline containing dopamine together with furosemide and phentolamine mesylate in order to determine the instable factors to dopamine solution. Results:Phentolamine mesylate does not affect the stability of furosemide and dopamine solution and is thus compatible with the latter 2 medicines. When furosemide is added to dopamine solution, it makes the solution into alkaline, this is the chief reson for the instability of dopamine solution. Conclusion:In clinical practice ,we should aware of the influence of pH of the resulted solution on the stability of dopamine.
