低分子肝素治疗进展型脑梗死的临床研究

目的：探讨低分子肝素对进展型脑梗死的疗效及预防。方法：选用100例进展型脑梗死病人，其中50例为治疗组，另50例为对照组。两组在治疗前后均行神经功能缺损评分和临床疗效评定，并追踪随访1年。结果：低分子肝素治疗组的总有效率为88．0％，对照组为48．0％，差值有显著意义。随访半年内复发率，治疗组为2．0％，对照组为10．1％;1年内复发率，治疗组为6．0％，对照组为20．0％。结论：低分子肝素治疗进展型脑梗死疗效肯定，对于减少复发亦有一定作用。

Clinical Study on Low Molecular Weight Heparin for Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke

Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect and prophylaxis of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke. Methods: 100 cases of acute ischemic stroke patients were studied by comparison randomly. There were 50 cases in therapy group and 50 cases in control group. The patients then were evaluated according to neurologic deficit and disability, dogging for one year. Results: The validity rate of therapy group was 88.0%,while that of control group was 48.0% .The difference was significant. Dogging relapse rate within 6 months,in therapy group was 2.0% and in control group was 10. 1% ;within one year,in therapy group was 6.0% and in control group was 20.0%.Conclusion:LMWH therapy is a safe effective method and may abate relapse in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.
