复方白及乳膏治疗手足皲裂的疗效观察

目的：应用复方白及乳膏治疗手足皲裂,观察其疗效。方法：根据皲裂程度分为Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型,治疗组32例用复方白及乳膏治疗,对照组21例用复方尿素软膏治疗,两组均早、晚以温水浸泡皲裂部位15 min后涂抹药膏,皲裂严重部位涂药后以弹性胶布缠敷,手部戴轻薄软质手套防护,足部以棉袜隔离防护,20d为一疗程,通过角质软化（含水量变化）、出血消失、痛疼减轻、皲裂痊愈4项指标观察治疗效果。结果：1个疗程内治疗组、对照组Ⅰ、Ⅱ分型龟裂疗效相同（均为100%）。而包括Ⅲ型,治疗组32例治愈28例,治愈率87.5%,有效4例,有效率为12.5%;对照组21例治愈17例,治愈率80.9%,有效4例,有效率19.1%,差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论：复方白及乳膏治疗手足皲裂,疗效显著,具有较好的临床应用价值。

Efficacy of Compound Bletilla striata Cream for Hands and Feet Chap

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Compound Bletilla striata Cream for hands and feet chap. Methods： Patients were graded according to the degree of chap as Types Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ,and divided into two groups. Patients in the treatment group（32 cases） were treated with Compound Bletilla striata Cream,and those in the control group（21 cases） were treated with compound urea ointment. The chapped parts were immersed with warm water in the morning and at night,then daubed with the ointments after 15 min. Severe chapped parts were wrapped with elastic tapes after daubing ointment. Wearing thin soft protective gloves and cotton socks was the isolate protection. One treating course was 20 days. The efficacy of treatment was observed according to four indicators. The indicators were cutin softening（the change of water content）,bleeding disappearing,pain alleviating and chap healing. Results： The curative rate and the effective rate were respectively 87.5%（28/32） and 12.5%（4/32） for the treated group,and 80.9%（17/21） and 19.1%（4/21） for the control group（P0.05）. Conclusions： The treatment with Compound Bletilla striata Cream for hands and feet chap is of significant curative effects. It is quite good in the value of application.
