摘    要:目的:研究松花粉对慢性应激小鼠旷场实验行为学及其对脑脂质过氧化的影响.方法:35d不可预知性刺激建立小鼠慢性应激模型,统计小鼠旷场实验自主跨格数及直立次数;分离脑组织,应用分光光度法测定脑组织谷胱甘肽(GSH)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性.结果:与模型组小鼠相比,松花粉可显著提高小鼠在旷场实验中的自主跨格数和直立次数.同时,脑组织MDA的含量较模型组明显降低,GSH的含量以及SOD的活性较模型组明显提高.结论:松花粉可以改善慢性应激小鼠的活动能力,同时抑制其脑脂质过氧化反应.

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of pollen pine on behavior of open-field test and lipid peroxidation of brain in chronic-stressed mice.Methods:Forty mice were randomly divided into four groups and exposed to chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS) for 35 days.The activities of the mice were tested in the open-field.Meanwhile,the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD),the contents of glutathione (GSH) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in the brain tissue were examined.Results:Compared with the model of chronic-stressed mice,pollen pini could reduce the content of MDA,increase the activity of SOD and the content of GSH in the brain tissue.Conclusion:These results indicated that the activities of mice in the open-field can be ameliorated by the administration of pollen pini,and it can protect brain tissue from lipid peroxidation.
