摘    要:
目的:探讨如何进一步提高磁共振尿路成像(MRU)质量和临床应用价值。材料与方法:对36例尿路梗阻、肾盂积水的病人行MRU检查。采用FSE脉冲序列重B加权冠状位连续扫描,二维数据~次采集,以最大信号强度投影(MIP)重建图像,扫描时加脂肪抑制及预饱和技术。结果:按照36例MRU检查尿路的图像质量进行综合评价。优:27例(75.0%);良:6例(16.7%);差;3例(8.3%)。结论:MRU是一种安全可靠的、无创伤性的检查方法,不用对比剂,可显示尿路扩张情况、梗阻部位、梗阻端形态,尤其对碘过敏或IVU不显影、中重度肾积水的病人更为适用。

Abstract:
Purpose:To discuss how to improve the quality and clinic applying value of MRU.Materials and Methods:36 cases suffering urinary tract obstruction were performed MRU examination.FSE pulse sequence was adopted with heavy T 2WI,coronal position scan,2D date once acquisition,MIP reconstruction,fat repression and pre-raturation technique.Results:We evaluation the MRU image quality of these patients and the results as follow:good 27/36(75%);middle 6/36(16 7%);bad 3/36(8 3%).Conclusion:MRU was a safety,reliable and non-invasive examination method.The method can manifest urinary tract dilatation,obstruction location and obstruction shape.It were more fitful to patients who were hypersusceptibility to iodine,poor develop during IVU or middle/heavy hydronephrosis.
