| 摘 要： | 目的评价羊膜移植联合丝裂霉素C在治疗睑球粘连中的疗效。方法采用羊膜移植联合丝裂霉素C治疗睑球粘连32例(34眼),10天评价近期效果,随访观察6个月～1年,评价远期效果。结果32例中,29例粘连完全松解,眼球活动好,仅3例复发,占8.82%。结论采用羊膜移植联合丝裂霉素C是治疗睑球粘连的一种有价值的方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of amniotic membrane transplantation and mitomycin C in treating symblepharon.Methods A total of 32 patients(34 eyes)with symblepharon underwent amniotic membrane transplantation and mitomycin C.The effects at post-perative 10d were evaluated,and the long-term effects were assessed during 6~12 months.Results Synechiaes were completely relieved in 29 cases.Only 3 patients relapsed.The relapse-rate was 8.82%.Conclusion The transplantation of amniotic membrane and mitomycin C is a valuable method for the treatment of symblepharon. |
