住院老年患者抑郁状况调查研究

目的探讨住院老年患者抑郁的发生率及其影响因素。方法用Zung-抑郁自评量表（SDS）作为工具，调查了120例住院老年患者，SDS原始分≥40分为有抑郁症状者。结果120例老年患者中共有41例有抑郁症状，女性、受教育程度低、家庭收入低者以及家庭关系紧张者等SDS得分较高。结论影响抑郁症状发生的因素有性别、受教育程度、家庭收入和家庭关系等。

An investigation on the incidence of depression about hospitalized elderly patients

Objective To investigate the incidence of depression about hospitalized elderly patients, and to explore the factors that influence the incidence. Methods With Zung- self - rating depression scale （SDS） as the tool, investigated 120 cases of hospitalized elderly patients, SDS original -point ≥40 was divided into the one who have depressive symptoms. Results With a total of 41 cases in 120 cases of elderly patients have depressive symptoms; people such as women, with lower educational level, lower family income and tensional family relations got higher scores in the SDS. Conclusion The impacts of depressive symptoms incidence are related to gender, educational level, family income and family relations.
