117例支气管哮喘患者的观察及护理

目的探讨支气管哮喘有效护理措施。方法对117名支气管哮喘患者进行病症观察及护理指导。结果本组117例患者经过护理指导，均能以正常心态接受现实，很好地配合治疗和护理，哮喘症状得到控制，发作次数减少甚至不发作，未发生护理并发症，以良好的心态和康复的身体回归家庭和社会。结论积极、合理、有效的护理在支气管哮喘的治疗中有非常重要临床意义。
