吸毒人员HIV感染及其相关危险行为监测分析

目的　了解汕头市吸毒人员HIV感染情况及相关的危险行为。方法　对 2 0 0 1- 2 0 0 3年进入汕头市某戒毒所的戒毒人员及公安部门抓捕的部分吸毒人员进行面对面问卷调查 ,并采集静脉血进行抗 -HIV检测。结果　吸毒人员HIV抗体的阳性率为 0.69% ,静脉注射吸毒的比例 40.0 % ,其中共用注射器者占11.80 %。有非婚性行为的占 20.20 % ,安全套的使用率占 20.70 %。结论　汕头市吸毒人员艾滋病的感染率较低 ,且大多为流动人员。吸毒人员对艾滋病高危行为的认知水平不高 ,存在引起HIV流行的高危行为 ,需抓住时机 ,加强对吸毒人员及流动人口预防艾滋病的宣传教育和行为干预.

Monitoring and Analysis of HIV Infection and Its Related Risk Behaviors Among Drug Addicts

Objective To investigate the HIV infection and its related high-risk behaviors of drug addicts in Shantou city. Methods A face-to-face questionnaire investigation was carried out among 1160 addicts and venous blood was drawn for the detection of HIV antibody. Results The positive ratio of HIV antibody among drug addicts was 0.69%, and the ratio of drug abuse via venous injection was 40.0%, in which those who shared syringe accounted for 11.80%. People who had non-marital sexual behavior occupied 20.20%, and the ratio of using condom was 20.70%. Conclusion The infection ratio of HIV among drug addicts in the city of Shantou was relatively low, and the most infected addicts were floating personnel. It was shown that drug addicts didn't have a high cognitive level of high-risk behaviors of HIV infection and the existing of such high-risk behaviors could evoke HIV epidemic. Therefore, we should make good use of every opportunity to strengthen the educational propaganda and behavior intervention for preventing AIDS among drug addicts and floating population.
