摘    要:目的建立用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸利多卡因胶浆(Ⅰ)含量的方法。方法采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,醋酸溶液(取冰醋酸50ml,加水930ml,混匀,用1mol.L-1氢氧化钠溶液调节pH值至3.40)-甲醇(40∶60)为流动相,检测波长为254nm,流速为1.0ml.min-1,柱温为30℃。结果利多卡因在13.6~68.0μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9984),平均回收率为99.9%,RSD为0.7%。结论本方法结果准确,重现性好,可用于盐酸利多卡因胶浆(Ⅰ)的含量测定。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of lidocaine hydrochloride mucilage(Ⅰ)by HPLC.METHODS The C_(18) column was used and the mobile phase was consisted of acetic acid solution(glacial acetic acid 50ml was added up to 930ml with water,and the pH was adjusted to 3.40 with 1 mol·L~(-1)sodium hydroxide solution)-methanol(40∶60).The detection wavelength was at 254nm,the flow rate was 1.0ml·min~(-1),the column temperature was 30℃.RESULTS Average concentration of lidocaine was between 13.6~68.0μg(r=0.9984),linear relationship was good,and average recovery was 99.9%,RSD=0.7%.CONCLUSION The method is accurate,stable and can be used to determine lidocaine hydrochloride mucilage(Ⅰ).
