| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肾上腺囊肿的诊断与治疗方法。方法：采用B超、CT、MRI检查肾上腺囊肿20例。其中19例实施手术治疗，完整切除15例，大部分切除4例；1例随访观察。结果：B超、CT和MRI术前诊断率分别为50.0%,66.7%和75.0%。手术效果满意，术后患者恢复正常。结论：肾上腺囊肿的诊断主要依靠B超、CT、MRI方法，而确诊似需经病理检查证实 ；手术仍是其有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Purpose:To study the methods of diagnosis and reduce misdiagnosis case.Methods:Clinicl data of 19 case of adrenal cyst was reviewed retrospectively.Results:Majority case were nonfunctional tumor. Preoperative diagnosis was confirmed by ultrasound, CT scan, and MRI. 18 patients received operation: 14 cases radical resection,3 cases subtotal resection and 1case making window.Conclusions:The diagnosis could be established on B ultrasonography, CT scan and MRI. The final diagnosis depends on pathology, Surgical operation may be a main method for the treatment of this disease. |
