| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血液透析(HD)联合血液灌流(HP)治疗尿毒症患者临床疗效与安全性。方法维持性血液透析患者70例,采用血液透析联合血液灌流(HDHP)治疗方法与单纯血液透析(HD)方法对比(自身对照)。治疗前后检测甲状旁腺素(PTH)、血尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr)、白蛋白(Ab)、血红蛋白(Hb)及血压,观察临床症状缓解情况并进行比较。结果联合治疗后PTH、血压显著降低,Hb、Ab升高,且症状缓解较好,其它无显著性差异。结论血液透析联合血液灌流对尿毒症的治疗比较有优势,临床使用安全、疗效可靠。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect and safety of combined hemodialysis(HD) combined hemoperfusion(HP) in chronic uremia.Methods 70 cases of chronic hemodialysis patients were treated by combined hemodialysis combined hemoperfusion.Parathyroid hormone(PTH),urea,creatinine,albumen were detected before and after the treatment.Results PTH,blood pressure were significantly lower in the combination group before and after treatment.Conclusion Hemodialysis combined hemoperfusion treatment of uremia is confirmed to... |
