| 摘 要： | 目的总结腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)胆囊三角的处理经验。方法对我科2008年1月～2010年1月行LC410例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。所有患者均采用三孔或四孔法,先处理胆囊三角,用电凝钩薄层解剖Calot三角前、后浆膜,游离胆囊管,胆囊动脉,使Calot三角充分显露后分别上可吸收生物夹后切断,顺行或顺逆结合切除胆囊。结果 410例中,1例因胆囊动脉出血中转开腹,术后并发胆瘘1例,开腹探查为迷走胆管胆瘘,其余均痊愈出院。结论 LC术中仔细辨清解剖Calot三角的结构,可以减少LC的手术并发症。
