缺血性心脑血管病早期降纤治疗的疗效观察

目的 :探讨通过降低纤维蛋白原 (Fg)水平来降低缺血性心脑血管疾病的致残率和死亡率。方法 :对 15 9例缺血心脑血管病人随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,分别用降纤酶和川芎秦静脉点滴 ,其它治疗基本一致 ,7d为一疗程 ,根据临床症状、体征及检查结果进行疗效评定。结果 :两组脑梗塞病人治疗后 ,神经功能缺损评分 ,治疗组明显高于对照组 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;心绞疼患者治疗后 ,治疗组总有效率为 93 .1 ,对照组为 67.8 ,两组差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1) ;心肌梗塞患者治疗后治疗组总有效率为 81.8 ,对照组为 60 ,两组差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :降纤酶能降低 Fg血浆浓度 ,抑制血小板和红细胞聚集 ,改善微循环 ,从而防止了血栓形成和抑制血栓增大 ,降低了缺血性心脑血管疾病致残率和死亡率

CLINICAL STUDY ON THE TREATMENT OF DF-NEPTUN (DEFIDRASE) IN 159 CASES OF IS-CHEMIC HEART AND BRAIN DISEASES

Objective:To explore the decrease of death and cripple rate for reducing fibrinogen (Fg) in patients with ischemic heart and brain diseases. Methods:159 cases of patients wish ischemic heart and brain diseases were divided into two groups,the treatment group were used DF-NEPTUN and the control group were used Ligustrazine. The effect were evaluated according to the symptom figuration and Laboratory results after one period of treatment. Results:After treatment inpatients with cerebral embolism,the scores of nerve function defect in treatment group were higher than the control group, and the comparement in two groups exited significantly difference ( P <0 05). The effective rate of treatment group (93 1%) were higher than the control group(67 8%) and two groups exited the difference ( P <0 01) in patients with angina pectoris in two groups of myocardial infarction. The effective rate was 81 8% in treatment group and was increased comparing with control group (60%; P <0 01).Conclusions:The DF-NEPTUN can decrease serum concentration of Fg,inhibit the gathering of thrombocyte and red blood cell and improve micro-circulation. It may prevent the thrombosis and reduce the death rate and cripple rate in ischemic heart and brain diseases.
