| 摘 要： | 目的探讨集体心理干预对恢复期抑郁症患者的康复作用。方法将60例恢复期住院抑郁症患者随机分成2组,对其中的30例进行集体心理干预(干预组)并与对照组(未干预)比较。采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和护士观察量表(NOSIE)于干预前和干预后2个月进行量表评定。结果干预组在干预后2个月与未干预组比较,HAMD总分和NOSIE中的各因子分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论集体心理干预对恢复期抑郁症患者有较好的疗效,有助于患者心理社会功能的全面康复。

| Abstract: | Objective]To study the effect of group psychological intervention on the recovery of convalescent depression patients. Methods]60 convalescent depression patients were divided into two groups, namely, the intervention group and the control group; HAMD and NOSIE were applied for the evaluation before intervention and two months after intervention.Results]The total score of HAMD and all the factors in NOSIE of the intervention group were proved to have significant difference from that of the control group two months after the intervention (P<0.01). Conclusion] Group psychological intervention is proved to have good effect on the recovery of convalescent depression patients. |
