毒素清对老龄大鼠肺脏免疫功能的作用

从肺脏免疫功能探讨老年肺炎的发病机制及毒素清对其作用。复制大肠杆菌肺炎模型 ,分为老龄正常组、模型组、毒素清高、低剂量组、氟哌酸组共 5组。观察肺脏组织病理改变和肺泡灌洗液免疫球蛋白、纤维连接蛋白 (Fn)和中性粒细胞计数。结果 ,肺炎老龄大鼠的肺组织损伤明显。与老龄正常组比较 ,模型组肺泡灌洗液sIgA和FN降低 ,中性粒细胞增高 (P <0 0 1)。与模型组比较 ,高剂量组、低剂量组sIgA含量和用药各组FN含量升高 ,高剂量组中性粒细胞降低。肺脏中性粒细胞含量增多及sIgA、FN含量减少与老年肺炎的发生发展有着密切关系。毒素清对肺炎的作用机制与其降低肺脏中性粒细胞数量和提高sIgA、FN含量有关

Effect of Dusuqing of TCM on the Lung Immune Function in the Aged Rats with Escherihia Coli Pneumonia

Objective:To study the pathophysiological mechanism of the aged pneumonia and the effect of Dusuqing on it. Method :Duplicated the model of rats with escherihia coli pneumonia and divided rats into aged control group (ACG),aged model group (AMG),high dosage group of Dusuqing (HDD),low dosage group of Dusuqing (LOD) and Norfloxacin group.It was observed that the lung pathological change,the level of neutrophil,the immunoglobulin and Fibronectin (FN) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF). Result :Lung tissue injury in the AMG was serious.Compared with those in the ACG,the content of BALF sIgA and FN decreased and the neutrophil count increased in the AMG (P<0 01).Contrast to those in the AMG,the increase of content of sIgA in the HDD and the LDD,FN in the HDD,LDD and Norfloxacin group was obvious,and the count of neutrophil in the HDD decreased.Conclusion:The increase of lung neutrophil and the decrease of sIgA and FN concerned with the pathological development in the aged rats with pneumonia.The effect mechanism of Dusuqing on rats with pneumonia concerned with its inducing the count of neutrophil and improving the content of sIgA and FN.
