慢性乙肝治未病循证医学数据库的建立及其应用价值

目的：建立慢性乙型肝炎（CHB）治未病循证医学数据库，用以收集、分析患者的临床资料，并探讨该系统的应用价值。方法利用数据库对符合CHB诊治指南的临床病例资料进行分析处理。结果该数据库实现了CHB患者包括体质资料在内的临床病历资料的录入、存储、修改、检索、统计、图形化显示及维护等功能。结论初步建立CHB中医“治未病”循证医学研究数据库，实现了个体资料、临床资料与医学研究数据的信息融合，为开展CHB的中医“治未病”临床与科研工作提供了信息保障。

Establishment and Application Value of Evidence-Based Medicine Databases of Chinese Medicine Prevention of Disease Based on Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective To collect and analyze the clinical data of patients and explore the application value of the system, We establish the evidence-based medicine databases of Chinese medicine prevention of disease based on chronic hepatitis B （CHB）. Methods The database is used to analyze and process the clinical data which is conforming to CHB treatment guidelines. Results The database achieves functions of CHB patients＇ input, storage, revision, retrieval, statistics, patterning display and maintenance of clinical medical records including physique data. Conclusion The database for the evidence-based medicine research of Chinese medicine prevention of disease based on CHB is Initially established. The information integration is achieved on individual data, clinical data and medical research data. This database provides Information assurance for the development of clinical and research work on CHB ＇ s Chinese medicine prevention of disease.
