针刺结合推拿治疗老年性便秘60例临床观察

目的:观察针刺结合推拿治疗老年性便秘的临床疗效。方法:将60例中年性便秘患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,治疗组给予针刺结合推拿治疗;对照组给予口服麻仁软胶囊治疗。结果:治疗组30例,痊愈13例(43.33%),有效16例(53.33%),无效1例(3.33%),总有效率96.67%;对照组30例,痊愈8例(26.67%),有效16例(53.33%),无效6例(20%),总有效率80%,经统计学分析,两组有显著性差异,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:针刺结合推拿治疗老年性便秘具有较好的临床疗效。

Clinical observation on treating 60 cases of senile constipation by acupuncture combined with massage

Objective: To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with massage on treating senile constipation Methods: 60 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the treated group (30 each). Acupuncture combined with massage were given in the treated group, the control group were given Maren soft capsule. Results: In the treated group, 13 were cured, 16 better and 1 inefficacy, total efficacy 96.67%; in the control group, 8 were cured, 16 better and 6 inefficacy, total efficacy 80%. difference is significant statistically, the treated group was better than the control group. Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with massage was effective in treating senile constipation.
