| 摘 要： | 目的:三草祛黄汤联合退黄药灸治疗黄疸性肝炎的临床疗效。方法:选择黄疸性肝炎患者50例,随机分为治疗组、对照组,各25例,治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予口服三草祛黄汤,外用退黄药灸灸神阙穴;对照组在常规治疗基础上应用苦黄注射液40ml静脉滴注,每日1次,2组都是30天为1个疗程,观察黄疸消退情况。结果:治疗组退黄疗效明显高于对照组,退黄时间明显短于对照组。结论:三草祛黄汤联合退黄药灸治疗黄疸性肝炎,临床疗效满意。

Clinical observation on treating jaundice and hepatitis with Sancao Quhuang decoction plus moxibustion |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Sancao Quhuang decoction plus moxibustion. Methods: 50 patients were randomly divided into the treated group and the control group, 25 each; Sancao Quhuang decoction plus moxibustion were given in the treated group besides routine treatment; the control group were given Kuhuang injection for one course, while observing regression of jaundice. Results: Effects of regression of jaundice was better than the control group, so did the time. Conclusion: Efficacy of Sancao Quhuang decoction plus moxibustion in treating Jaundice and hepatitis were satisfactory. |
