| 摘 要： | 目的探讨参附注射液对心力衰竭大鼠炎症因子肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素6(IL-6)的影响。方法检测心力衰竭模型大鼠以参附注射液治疗前后心脏指数、TNF-α、IL-6的含量。结果与正常对照组比较,模型组大鼠心脏指数、TNF-α、IL-6的含量明显升高(P0.05),差异有统计学意义;与模型组比较,参附组能够明显减少模型大鼠心脏指数、TNF-α、IL-6的含量(P0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论参附注射液能减轻心力衰竭大鼠炎症损伤,改善心脏功能,防止心室重塑。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of Shenfu Injection on inflammatory factors in rats with heart failure.Methods The cardiac index,and serum tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)and interleukin 6(IL-6)levels in heart failure rats were detected before and after treatment with Shenfu Injection.Results Compared to the normal control group,the cardiac index and TNF-α and IL-6 levels were significantly increased in the model rats,and the difference being significant(P < 0.05).After treatment with Shenfu Injection,the cardiac index and TNF-α and IL-6 levels were significantly decreased(P < 0.05)compared with those in the model group.Conclusion Shenfu Injection can reduce inflammatory impairment,improve heart function and prevent myocardial remodeling. |
