西吡氯铵含漱液对单纯性牙龈炎患者口腔细菌的抑制作用

摘    要:目的 :观察 1mL/L西吡氯铵含漱液对单纯性牙龈炎患者牙菌斑和唾液中细菌的抑制作用。方法 :纳入单纯性牙龈炎患者 48例 ,用随机双盲法分为 2组 ,分别给予 1mL/L西吡氯铵含漱液或爱诺天健含漱液 (主要成分也是 1mL/L西吡氯铵 )。患者使用含漱液漱口 ,每天 5次 ,晨起、睡前、饭后各 1次 ,每次含 15mL ,持续漱口 6 0s,7d为一疗程。就诊当天和第 8天测定患者牙菌斑和唾液中 11种常见细菌的菌株数和细菌的数量。结果 :实验组和对照组各 2 4例 ,年龄、性别、吸烟史分布无组间差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,首次检查牙菌斑、唾液中常见细菌检出率和平均检出量组间比较 ,无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。终点检查牙菌斑、唾液中细菌总量在治疗组与对照组比首次检查 ,均显著减少 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,组间比较细菌数量无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。治疗组与对照组细菌总量的减少主要是由可疑病原菌量减少所致。治疗前后白色念珠菌检出率和检出量无变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :1mL/L西吡氯铵含漱液可显著减少单纯性牙龈炎患者牙菌斑、唾液中细菌的种类和数量 ,不导致口腔菌群失调。

Abstract:AIM:To observe the effect of mouth rinse containing 1 mL/L cetylpyridinium chloride in the inhibition of bacteria in dental plague and saliva of the patients with simple gingivitis. METHODS: 48 cases of simple gingivitis were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups. Random and randomly double bland method was applied to administer 1 mL/L cetylpyridinium chloride mouth rinse or Ainotianjian mouth rinse(another product also containing 1 mL/L cetylpyridinium chloride) to the patients.The mouth rinse was used by the patients for 7 days and 5 times each day (after getting up and each meal, and before going to bed), each time 15 mL mouth rinse was used for 1 minute. 11 kinds of most frequently encountered bacteria in dental plague and saliva of the patients were examined before and after treatment.RESULTS:The distribution of age, sex and smoking in the tested 24 cases was not significantly different from that of the 24 controls (P>0.05) .Before treatment , no statistic difference was found in the number of strains and quantity of the bacteria in dental plague and saliva between the two groups. After treatment the number of strains and quantity of the bacteria, mostly pathogen, in dental plague and saliva were decreased in both groups (P<0.05) and there was no statistic difference between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment the number of strains and quantity of Candida albicans were similar with those before treatment.CONCLSUION:1 mL/L cetylpyridinium chloride is effective in the inhibition of bacteria in dental plague and saliva of the patients with simple gingivitis and does not result in flora imbalance in oral cavity.
