前交叉韧带重建术后反应性滑膜炎的护理

目的探讨膝关节前交叉韧带（ACL）重建术后反应性滑膜炎的护理。方法 2005-2008年ACL重建患者302例,其中8例发生反应性滑膜炎,男7例,女1例,发生率为2.65%。对术后滑膜炎的患者采用关节镜清理、灌注置管冲洗,术后专科护理、指导康复训练。结果 Lysholm膝关节评分（81.6±9.5）分,膝关节活动度（88.8±8.3）度;Lachman试验和前抽屉试验阳性1例,但无临床症状。结论精心护理及针对性康复锻炼可促进术后反应性滑膜炎康复。

Nursing of reactive synovitis patients after arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction

Objective To study the nursing of reactive synovitis patients after arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament（ACL） reconstruction. Methods ACL was reconstructed for 302 patients in 2005-2008. Among these patients, reactive synovitis occurred in 8 （7 males and 1 female） with an incidence of 2.65%. Arthroscopic debridement and washing were performed for reactive synovitis. The patients were nursed and received rehabilitation training. Results The lysholm score of knee joint was 81.6 ± 9.5 and the motion of knee joint was （88.8 ± 8.3） degree. Lachman and anterior drawer test were positive in 1 patient who had no clinical symptom. Conclusion Careful nursing and targeted rehabilitation exercises can promote recovery of reactive synovitis patients after arthroscopic ACL reconstruction.
