| 摘 要： | 为了定量评价Elecsys2010电化学发光免疫分析仪技术性能。以CEA、TSH、LH检测为例，对该技术的准确度、灵敏度和可测范围、特异性和稳定性指标进行了探讨。各项技术指标均达到和超过了实验方法选择的标准。Elecsys2010电化学发光荧光免疫分析仪是一项准确度和灵敏度高、特异性强、检测范围宽、线性良好的全自动快速分析系统，特别适用于临床常规和急诊检测。

| Abstract: | The aim of the study is to quantitatively assess the technical properties of the electrochemical illuminescent immunoassay system of Elecsys2010.Taking CEA,TSH and LH for example,accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,stability and the measurement region were evaluated.All markers achieved and excessed standard of the method.Elecsys2010 showed good accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,linearity and wide measurement region,and was suitable for routine clinical and emergency test of laboratories. |
