奇正消痛贴对微循环影响的激光多谱勒血流成像实验研究

摘    要:目的:观察奇正消痛贴对微循环血流的作用。方法:60例健康受试者随机分成两组,每组30人,实验组为奇正消痛贴;对照组为知名品牌同类药贴,应用激光多谱勒血流灌注成像仪(LDPI)观察奇正消痛贴对微循环血流的影响。结果:两组贴药膏30分钟后,贴药区域的血流量均有显著性增加(P〈0.01);两组对比研究发现,实验组局部高血流区域的面积及血流值均大于对照组;同时,贴药膏30分钟后,两组局部血流增加面积定量分析表明,实验组明显大于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论:奇正消痛贴具有扩张血管,促进血液循环的药理效应,可增加贴药部位的血流量,且作用明显优于知名品牌同类药贴。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effect of Qizheng Xiaotong Strapping on microcirculation. Methods: 60 health volunteers were randomized into control group (n=30) and Qizheng Xiaotong Strapping group (n=30). Using Laser Doppler Perfusion Imaging(LDPI) to study the effect of Qizheng Xiaotong Strapping on microcirculation. Results: At the 30th minute after sticking ,blood flow in sticking sector shown by the images increased parlicularly compare with the natural state in the two groups(P〈0.01); Compared with the control group, an area of high blood flow region and the perfusion images flow are increased after sticking30th minute, Meanwhile, after sticking 30th minute the results of the area quantitative analysis showed that there were distinct differences in the perfusion images flow ( increase of blood flow, particularly at the 30th min after sticking) in comparison with control group ( P〈0.01 ). Conclution : Ph armaco-effect of Qizheng Xiaotong Strapping can expand the diameter of the vessel, to advance the circulation and increase the blood flow velocity.
