| 摘 要： | 目的:了解氟西汀治疗儿童少年抑郁症的疗效和不良反应。方法:以氟西汀开放式治疗10～18岁抑郁症患者22例。用临床疗效总评量表(CGI)、Beck抑郁量表(BDI)、Beck焦虑量表(BAI)和不良反应量表(SERS)评估。结果:治疗结束时显著进步8例,进步9例;轻度不良反应5例,中度2例。结论:氟西汀治疗儿童少年抑郁症有效,不良反应较轻。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the efficacy and side effects of fluoxetine in the treatment of depression in children and adolescents.Method:An open clinical treatment of fluoxetine was administered to 22 patients with depression aged from 10 to 18 years.Clinical global impression(CGI),Beck depression inventory(BDI)and Beck anxiety inventory(BAI)were used to evaluate the effects,and the rating scale for side effects(SERS)was used to measure the side effects.Results:Among all of 22 patients,8 patients improved markedly and 9 patients improved.7 patients had light(n=5)or moderate(n=2)side effects respectively.Conclusion:Fluoxetine is an effective drug in the treatment of depression in children and adolescents,with few side effects. |
