枝孢属真菌次生代谢产物中化学成分及其生物活性的研究进展

摘    要:枝孢属真菌是一类资源很丰富的真菌,该属真菌次生代谢产物中化学成分的结构类型多,生物活性突出,是新药或先导化合物的重要来源。迄今为止,从枝孢属真菌次生代谢产物中分离鉴定的化学成分包括生物碱类、聚酮类、大环内酯类、甾体和萜类等化合物,大多数具有抗菌、抗病毒和细胞毒等生物活性。综述了自2000年以来枝孢属真菌次生代谢产物中化学成分及其生物活性的研究进展。

Abstract:Cladosporium fungi are a kind of fungi with abundant resources, and they are an important source of new drugs or lead compounds due to diverse structures of chemical components with prominent bioactivities in secondary metabolites from Cladosporium fungi. Up to now, chemical components in secondary metabolites from Cladosporium fungi have been isolated and identified, including alkaloids, polyketides, macrolides, steroids and terpenes. Most of them possess antimicrobial, anti-virus, and cytotoxic activities. Research progress on chemical components in secondary metabolites from Cladosporium fungi and their biological activities were reviewed in this paper from 2000 to now.
