| 摘 要： | 目的：提高对外伤后迟发性蛛网膜下腔出血的CT诊断率。材料与方法：收集40例，均为外伤，所有病例作过二次以上CT检查，对前后所摄X线片进行了对照分析。结果：外伤后迟发性蛛网膜下腔出血，早期征象是脑肿胀，典型CT表现是纵裂池内高密度影。结论：外伤后三天以内CT复查能对迟发性蛛网膜下腔出血能作出正确诊断。

| Abstract: | Purpose:To raise the rate of CT diagnosis for delayed SAH post-trauma.Materials and Methods:To collect 40 cases all were trauma,all were performed twice or more CT examination,We contrasted and analysised these cases.Results:The early sign of delayed SAH post-trauma was ceredram swelling.The typical CT expression was the high density shadow in interhemispheric fissure cistern.Conclusion:Within three days after trauma perfomed the CT reexamination could make a correct diagnosis to delayed SAH post-tranma. |
