五首活血化瘀方对实验性动脉粥样硬化家兔血脂、载脂蛋白变化的影响

目的：探讨五首活血化瘀方对实验性动脉粥样硬化(As)家兔血脂、载脂蛋白的影响,比较其作用间的异同。方法：采用高脂喂饲复制家兔动脉粥样硬化模型,观察各组家兔血脂、载脂蛋白及主动脉的病理改变。结果：血府逐瘀汤显著降低家兔血清TC、TG、LDL—c含量以及TC／HDL—c、TG／HDL—c比值(P＜0．01),亦能降低apoB105含量(P＜0．05),升高apoAl／apoBl00比值(P＜0．05);活络效灵丹能明显降低血清TC、LDL—c含量以及TC／HDL—c比值(P＜0．01),亦能降低TG、apoBl00含量以及TG／HDL—c比值(P＜0．05),升高apoAl／apoB100比值(P＜0．01);失笑散能降低血清TC、TG、LDL—c含量(P＜0．05);桃红四物汤明显降低血清TG含量以及TG／HDL—c比值(P＜0、01),亦能升高apoAl含量(P＜0．05);丹参饮亦能降低血清TC、LDL—c的含量(P＜0．05)。形态学观察,各方均能不同程度地减少斑块面积,降低斑块灰度(0D),改善主动脉病变。结论：五首活血化瘀方均有不同程度地调降脂、载脂蛋白代谢、抑制高脂喂伺家兔动脉粥样硬化形成的作用,其中以血府逐瘀汤、活络效灵丹的作用较强。

Effcct of the Five Recipes for Promoting Blood Circulation for Rcmoving Blood Stasis on Serum Lipid and Apoprotein in Experimental Acheriosclerosis Rabbits

Objectve: To study the effect of five promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis recipes on serum lipid and apoprotein in experimental acheriosclerosis rabbits and distinguish the similaries and differences of the five recipes. Methods: The models were developed by fed high cholesterol diet, the changes of serum lipid and apoprotein and the histopathological changes of aorta were detected. Results: Xuefu zhuyu tang could remarkably decrease the levels of TC,TG,LDL-c and ratios of TC and HIDL-c,TG and HDL-c in serum of rabbits(P<0.01), mildly decrease the level of apoB100 and increase the ratio of apoA1 and apoB100 in serum(P<0.05); Huoluo xiaolin dan could remarkably decrease the levels of TC,LDL-c and the ratio of TC and HDL-c in serum(P<0.01), mildly decrease the levels of TG and apoB100 in serum(P<0.05), and increase the ratio of apoA1 and apoB100(P<0.01); Tao hong siwu tang could remarkably decrease the level of TG in serum(P<0.01), mildly decrease the ratio of TG and HDL-C(P<0.05), and increase the level of apoA1 in serum(P<0.05); Shixiao san could decrease the level of TC,TG and LDL-c in serum(P<0.05); Danshen yin could decrease the level of TC and LDL-c in serum (P<0.05). The area and gray of atlierogetic decreased and lesion of the aorta was in varying degrees depressed in all therapy groups. Conclusion: The five recipes were effective to modulate the lipid and apoprotein metabolism and to prevent the development of the acheriosclerosis in varying degrees. Xuefu zhuyu tang and Huo luo xiaolin dan are more effective than the others.
