蛇毒神经生长因子对大鼠坐骨神经损伤的修复作用

摘    要:
目的 研究外源性给予蝰蛇蛇毒提取的神经生长因子(sNGF)对大鼠坐骨神经损伤的修复作用。方法 建立大鼠坐骨神经钳夹模型。sNGF直接作用于损伤的坐骨神经,通过趾间距和Tarlov评分的评定,观察坐骨神经修复的情况。结果 sNGF治疗组的趾间距及Tarlov评分的恢复明显好于空白对照组。结论 局部给予蛇毒神经生长因子能明显改善损伤的坐骨神经功能。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effects of snake nerve growth factor(sNGF)on repair of sciatic nerves in rats.Methods Animal models of the crushed sciatic nerve were established in SD rats.The sNGF could be used in the crushed sciatic nerve.To investigate the toe spreading reflex(TSR)and the Tarlov function value in order to observe the effects of NGF on the functional recovery of sciatic nerve following crush injury.Results The TSR and Tarlov function value of NGF groups were recovered better than the group without sNGF.Conclusion sNGF could significantly enhance the recovery of the function of the injured sciatic nerve.
