| 摘 要： | 胸-腹主动脉型大动脉炎治疗目前已有了较大进展,腔内治疗逐渐成为一种成熟的、可选择的治疗方式。本文就胸-腹主动脉型大动脉炎腔内治疗指征掌握、治疗前后用药选择进行了总结,重点阐述在腔内治疗过程中需要注意的技术要点和误区,如外科手术和腔内治疗优劣判断、支架种类和型号选择的方式等,以期提高大动脉炎腔内治疗的疗效和安全性。

| Abstract: | Research on treatment of thoracic-abdominal aortoarteritis （TA） has obtained great progresses in recent years, with endovascular aortic repair （EVAR） being one of the most developed treatment techniques~ This article aims to re- view and summarize the indication for EVAR procedure of TA as well as the peri-procedure drug selection, with emphasize on key technical points and pitfalls during endovascular therapy, which are discussed from various aspects such as the superiority e- valuation between surgery and intervention, the selection of brand/model of the stents etc in order to improve the efficacy and safety of endovascular treatment of TA. |
