数字化X线片在种植牙生物学宽度测量中的应用

摘    要:目的:应用数字化X片机测量患者种植体BW及观察IAI相对于牙槽嵴顶的位置对种植体骨吸收的影响。方法:通过植入不同深度的种植体,使用数字化牙片机及图像分析软件,计算出种植体BW。结果:IAI在牙槽嵴顶上2mm者,未见种植体骨吸收;IAI平齐牙槽嵴顶者和在牙槽嵴顶下2mm者均有骨吸收;种植体BW恒定不变,约3mm左右。结论:使用数字化牙片机及软件测量种植体BW,简单、易行、准确性高,无伤害性。

Digital X--ray Applications in Dental Implant Biological Width Measurement

Abstract:Objective: To observe the IAI relative to the location of the alveolar ridge crest on the influence of the implant bone resorption using digital X--ray machine measurement in patients with implant BW. Methods: By im- planted implants of different depth, the use of digital tooth machine and image analysis software, we calculate the implant BW. Results: When IAI is 2 mm on the top of the alveolar ridge, there was not bone resorption; when IAI level is the same as alveolar ridge crest or 2 mm under the alveolar ridge crest, there was bone resorption. Implant BW was constant, about 3 mm or so. Conclusion: Digital tooth machine and the software can be used to measure the implant BW.
