摘    要:目的探讨十一方药酒对大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤创面愈合的影响。方法大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤模型分5组,创面分别外用高、中、低剂量的十一方药酒,以生理盐水为阴性对照,湿润烧伤膏为阳性对照,通过观察创面愈合时间,不同时间点创面愈合百分率和组织病理学变化,检测不同时间点创面组织羟脯氨酸水平,研究十一方药酒对大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤创面愈合的影响。结果大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤创面外用十一方药酒可以缩短愈合时间,提高创面愈合百分率,增加创面羟脯氨酸水平,作用与湿润烧伤膏相当。结论十一方药酒可增强胶原合成,促进上皮细胞增殖,加速烫伤创面愈合。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of Shi Yi Fang vinum on deep partial thickness burn wound in rats.Methods A model of deep partial thickness burn wound in rats was used.All wounded rats were divided into five groups,different concentration of Shi Yi Fang vinum was used,the wound healing time,the content of hydroxyproline,the rates of wound healing as well as the histopathological change of the wound tissues were examined at different time points post burn,so as to value the effects of Shi Yi Fang vinum on the healing of the deep partial thickness burn wounds of rats.Results Compared with negative control group,the healing time was shorter and the ratio of wound healing was higher,the content of hydroxyproline was obviously higher in wounds of the Shi Yi Fang vinum group.The histopathological examination also indicated that the proliferation conditions of epithelium and fibroblast cells were much better in the Shi Yi Fang vinum group.Conclusion It is suggested that external application of Shi Yi Fang vinum to deep partial thickness burn wound in rats may stimulate collagen synthesis and enhance wound healing.
