冬虫夏草和中国拟青霉水提取物对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘    要:采用碳廓清实验和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的测定以及定量溶血分光光度法,分别研究了冬虫夏草(CS)和中国拟青霉(PS)对小鼠非特异性免疫功能和体液免疫功能的影响。结果:CS和PS均呈剂量依赖性增强小鼠的碳廓清能力(P<0.01),CS〔2.0g/(kg·d),3d,灌胃〕和PS〔4.0g/(kg·d),3d,灌胃〕均可明显拮抗环磷酰胺(Cy)引起的碳廓清率的下降(P<0.01)。在体外,CS和PS(均0.25~8.0g/L)均呈剂量依赖性增强腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬中性红的能力(P<0.01)。CS、PS〔均4.0g/(kg·d),7d,灌胃〕均可显著提高正常小鼠的抗体形成细胞数和血清溶血素 IgM水平(P<0.01),并且显著对抗Cy所引起的体液免疫功能的降低(P<0.01)。结果提示:CS和PS均可显著增强小鼠的非特异性免疫功能和体液免疫功能。

Abstract:Effect of water extract of Cordyceps sinensis (CS) and Paecilomyces sinensis (PS) on nonspecific and humoral immue function in mice was investigated. Charcoal particles clearance rate assay and peritoneal macrophages (PMφ) phagocytosis of neutral red were measured by colorimetric method as well as quantitative hemolysis spectrometric (QHS) assay. The results demons trated that both CS and PS 1.0 , 2.0, 4.0 g/(kg·d)×3 d, ig dose dependently intensified charcoal particle clearance rate in mice ( P <0.01) and significantly reversed cyclophosphamide (Cy) reduced clearance rate at the dose of 2.0, 4.0 g/(kg·d)×3 d, ig respectively ( P <0.01). In vitro, both CS and PS (0.25~8.0 g/L) significantly enhanced PMφ to phagocytize neutral red in a concentration dependent manner ( P <0.01), both CS and PS 4.0 g/(kg·d)×7 d, ig significantly enhanced antibody formation cell (AFC) and serum hemolysin IgM level in normal mice ( P <0.01), makedly reversed Cy depressed humoral immunity ( P < 0.01). In conclusion, both CS and PS markedly strengthened nonspecific and humoral immune function in mice.
