| 摘 要： | 采用大重量枕颌双环牵引、手法快速整复,配合手法治疗、运动疗法、意气攻气疗法以及颈部气动牵引固定器等,共治疗43例不同程度的截瘫患者,其优良率为53.5%有效率95.4%。此疗法能增强心肺功能和食欲,改善睡眠及膀胱功能,保护皮肤,防止褥疮,缓解肢体痉挛和疼痛,促进运动功能的恢复,还可消除截瘫患者悲观的心理状态。

| Abstract: | 43 cases of high level traumatic paraplegia (complete paraplegia 23 and incomplete paraplegia 20)were managed with comprehensive nonsurgical modalities consisting of large-load cervical traction,closed manual reduction, self-controlled pneumatic collars of cervical traction, Chinese herbs (fororal and external use) and functional exercise therapy for the muscles and joints of the limb. The outcomes of the treatments were satisfactory with overall effective rate of 95.4%, theexcellent and good results of 53.3%. |
