短期胰岛素强化治疗对初诊2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗及血尿酸的影响

目的 探讨短期胰岛素强化治疗对初诊2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗及血尿酸的影响.方法 对36例初诊2型糖尿病患者进行为期2周的胰岛素强化治疗,比较治疗前后血尿酸（UA）、空腹血糖（FPG）及餐后2h血糖（2hPG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、空腹胰岛素（FINS）、胰岛素抵抗指数、胰岛素敏感指数.结果 经胰岛素强化治疗后,患者UA、FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、胰岛素抵抗指数均较治疗前明显下降（P均＜0.01）,胰岛素敏感指数明显升高（P＜0.01）.结论 短期胰岛素强化治疗可显著改善初诊2型糖尿病患者的胰岛素抵抗,降低血UA水平.

The influences of transient intensive insulin therapy on insulin resistance and serum uric acid of newly diagnosed type 2diabetic patients

Objective To study the influences of transient intensive insulin therapy on insulin resistance and serum uric acid of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients.Methods 36 cases of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients were treated by intensive insulin therapy for 2 weeks.The levels of serum uric acid(UA),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 hours postprandial glucose(2hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin Alc(HbAlc),fasting insulin(FINS),insulin resistance index(IRI)and insulin sensitivity index(ISI) were compared before and after treatment.Results After the transient intensive insulin therapy,UA,FPG,2hPG,HbAlc and IRI were significantly decreased(all P<0.01);ISI was significantly increased(P<0.01).Conclusion The transient intensive insulin therapy can effectively mitigate insulin resistance and decreases the level of serum uric acid in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients.
