96例老年上消化道出血患者血BUN水平临床分析

目的 探讨老年上消化道出血患者BUN水平的变化特点.方法 选择2009年1月至2010年12月在我院消化内科及老年病房住院的上消化道出血患者224例,根据年龄将患者分为老年组96例,非老年组128例,分析比较两组患者的BUN水平.结果 入院第1天,无论是轻度、中度出血,还是重度出血,老年组的BUN均明显高于非老年组;经治疗后,入院第3天,老年组的BUN也明显高于非老年组;而且老年组肾功能不全发生率、病死率较非老年组高.结论 老年人上消化道出血后BUN水平升高明显,较易发生肾功能不全,病死率高,值得临床重视.

Clinical analysis of BUN levels of elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage

Objective To explore the features of blood urea nitrogen(BUN) of elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods In January 2009 to December 2010,224 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,in our hospital were recruited.The patients were divided into elderly group(96 cases) and non-elderly group(128 cases),according to their age.The BUN levels of the above groups were analyzed and compared.Results At the first day of hospital,BUN level of the elderly group was higher than that of non-elderly group,whether mild,moderate,or severe bleeding;At the third day,the BUN level of the elderly group was remained higher than that of non-elderly group;in addition,the rate of renal dysfunction and mortality of the elderly group were higher than that of non-elderly group.Conclusion The blood urea nitrogen levels of elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were significantly elevated,which would result in high rate of renal dysfunction and mortality.So it is worthy of attention in clinical.
