重症手足口病临床预警指标研究现状

手足口病是一种常见急性传染病,普通病例占绝大多数,重症病例主要累及神经系统、循环系统和呼吸系统,引发无菌性脑炎、心肌炎、肺水肿等严重并发症,病情进展快,治疗时间窗短,病死率较高。如何识别重症手足口病患儿的高危因素,及时地把重症患者筛查出来,早诊断、早转诊、早治疗是提高抢救成功率、降低病死率的关键。该文就重症手足口病的临床预警指标作一综述。
