益脑宁片联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗脑动脉硬化症的疗效观察

目的探讨益脑宁片联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗脑动脉硬化症的临床疗效。方法选取南开大学附属医院于2015年8月—2016年8月收治的脑动脉硬化症患者131例,随机分成对照组(65例)和治疗组(66例)。对照组患者口服阿托伐他汀钙片,10 mg/次,1次/d;治疗组在对照组的基础上口服益脑宁片,4片/次,3次/d。所有患者均经过8周治疗。评价两组患者临床疗效,同时比较治疗前后两组患者血液流变学、疾病相关指标和不良反应情况。结果对照组和治疗组总有效率分别为81.54%、96.97%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组患者大脑中动脉血流速度显著升高,颈动脉内膜中膜厚度、斑块面积和血管搏动指数均显著降低,同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);且治疗组患者上述疾病相关指标改善情况均要明显优于对照组患者(P0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的血浆黏度、红细胞压积以及红细胞聚集指数均有所降低(P0.05);且治疗组患者血液流变学指标降低得更为明显(P0.05)。治疗期间,对照组不良反应发生率为18.46%,明显高于治疗组的6.06%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论益脑宁片联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗脑动脉硬化症疗效显著,可明显改善疾病相关指标,安全性高,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Clinical observation of Yinaoning Tablets combined with atorvastatin calcium in treatment of cerebral arteriosclerosis

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Yinaoning Tablets combined with atorvastatin calcium in treatment of cerebral arteriosclerosis. Methods Patients (131 cases) with cerebral arteriosclerosis in Affiliated Hospital of Nankai University from August 2015 to August 2016 were randomly divided into control (65 cases) and treatment (66 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets, 10 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yinaoning Tablets on the basis of the control group, 4 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the blood rheology, other disease indexes, and adverse reactions in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups were 81.54% and 96.97%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the blood flow velocity of middle cerebral artery in two groups was significantly increased, but carotid intima media thickness, plaque area, and vascular pulsatility index were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And these indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, and red cell assembling indexes in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). And the improvement of the hemorheological indexes in the treatment group were more obvious than those in the control group (P<0.05). During the treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 18.46%, which was significantly higher than 6.06% in the treatment group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Yinaoning Tablets combined with atorvastatin calcium has significant effect in treatment of cerebral arteriosclerosis, can significantly improve disease-related indexes, which has a certain clinical application value.
