摘    要:目的建立一种石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定残留钯元素的方法。方法阿伐斯汀原料药经前处理和稀释后,直接用石墨炉原子吸收法测定。结果残留钯元素标准曲线的线性范围为0.00-400.0μg.L-1,相关系数为0.9999,方法的检出限为12.5μg.L-1。方法回收率在96.8%-102.6%之间,RSD=2.2%(n=9)。结论该方法操作简便、迅速,具有良好的精密度和准确度,可用于阿伐斯汀中残留钯的测定

Abstract:Aim To establish a method for determination of residual palladium in acrivastine by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GF-AAS).Methods: Residual palladium in acrivastine was directly determined by GFAAS after the samples were processing and diluted.Results In this method,the linear range was from 0.0 to 400.0 μg·L-1,the relevant coefficient are 0.9999,the detection limit of the method was 12.5 mg·L-1.The average recoveries of samples were between 98.6%~105.9%,RSD =2.97%(n=9).Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, accurate and precise. It can be applied in the determination of residual palladium in acrivastine.
