| 摘 要： | 胰岛素样生长因子（insulin-like growth factor,IGF）系统由具有特定功能的配体、受体和结合蛋白组成,在正常生理活动中有极为重要的意义。现已发现,许多疾病如糖尿病、胰岛素抵抗、内分泌紊乱、癌症、营养不良和多囊卵巢综合征（polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS）等与IGF系统密切相关。体外受精-胚胎移植（in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,IVF-ET）助孕治疗中,多囊卵巢综合征病人易发生卵巢过度刺激综合征（ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome,OHSS）,IGF系统在OHSS的发生中起一定的作用。 |

| Abstract: | The insulin-like growth factor（IGF） system is ubiquitous and plays important role in every tissue of the body.There are now numerous examples o fdiseases such as polycystic ovary syndrome,diabetes,cancer and malnutrition in which the IGF system is a major player.the IGF system plays a role in ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome（OHSS） in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer（IVF-ET）. |
