| 摘 要： | 目的建立风痛定胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法用高效液相色谱法对制剂中盐酸小檗碱进行定量分析,色谱柱:Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-1 g·L-1磷酸(每100 mL加十二烷基磺酸钠0.02 g)(43∶57);流速:1.0mL·min-1;检测波长:265 nm。结果盐酸小檗碱在质量浓度0.020 4~0.102 mg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9;平均加样回收率为99.6%,RSD为0.4%。结论该方法准确、专属性强、重复性好,可有效控制风痛定胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the content determination method of berberine hydrochloride in Fengtongding Capsules.Methods The quantitative analysis of berberine hydrochloride in Fengtongding Capsules was carried out by HPLC with a Kromasil C18 chromatographic column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-1 g·L-1H3PO4（adding 0.02 g sodium dodecylsulphate per 100 mL）（43∶57） at flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.Detection wavelength was 265 nm.Result The linear range was 0.020 4-0.102 mg·mL-1 with correlation coeffitient（r） 0.999 9.The average recovery was 99.6% with RSD 0.4%.Conclusion The established method is accurate,specific,reproducible and suitable for the quality control of berberine hydrochloride in Fengtongding Capsules |
