| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颈部彩色多普勒对血管性认知障碍（VCI）的早期诊断价值。方法使用彩色多普勒检测55例VCI患者和46例正常老年人（对照组）颈内动脉和椎动脉,分别检测动脉内径、动脉内层中膜厚度（IMT）、收缩期峰流速度（Vmax）、舒张末期流速（Vmin）、平均流速（Vmean）和阻力指数（RI）,并进行比较。结果 VCI组患者血管和血流动力学参数较对照组有明显改变,血流峰速增快、阻力增大、内层中膜厚度增加（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论彩色多普勒是一种早期诊断VCI的有效手段。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explor the diagnostic value of color Doppler for early vascular cognitive impairment(VCI).Methods Fifty-five VCI paitents(VCI group)and 46 healthy elderly people(control group)were enrolled.The inner diameter of artery,intima-media thickness(IMT)and hemodynamic parameters such as blood flow velocity and resistance index(RI)were detected.The data of two group were compared.Results The blood flow peak velocity,RI and IMT increased significantly in VCI group than those in control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusions Color Doppler is an effective early detection method for VCI. |
